Introduction of Indroda
Indroda Dinosaur and Fossil Park Gandhinagar is also known as a fossil park. Indroda Dinosaur and Fossil Park is indeed located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. It is considered to be one of the largest dinosaur fossil sites in the world. The park is situated on the banks of the Sabarmati River and covers an area of about 428 hectares.

The park is situated in a very large area and it is not only situated with dinosaurs only. There are other living animals as well. You can walk all around the park and see peacocks roaming everywhere. A very beautiful view to see.

You will find deers and other animals as well like zoo. There is a bird park as well which has different types of birds.
You will find very big and beautiful statues and information about dinosaurs and their eggs. This is really beautiful and you can click beautiful memories there.
The place is really beautiful and a picnic spot for families. Can be visible with family and friends and it almost needs 3 to 4 hours to see the full park. It is exhausting to view the full park. The vehicles are not allowed inside the park.Â

Early morning is mainly suggested to visit thol lake due to the amazing view of sunrise and most of the birds come during early morning.

Nearest Restaurant and Hotels
No restaurant or lodge near it. There are small hotels/ stores from where you can eat biscuits / chips or drinks. These stores are in the route of thol lake but no stores inside.
Restriction
- Cannot pollute the area with plastics.
- Cannot take bikes or cars throughout the area. You have to park it. They have parking areas.
- Need to have tickets.
- Cannot disturb the birds.
- No food items inside.
